We are fully dedicated to being vegan and cruelty-free. That means we never test on animals or use any animal-derived ingredients. We only work with suppliers who follow the same principles and values.

For each order, only one discount code can be applied.
Some discount codes can be combined with promotions (e.g. product sale and shipping discounts). Others might be strictly limited to items that are not on any promotions.

We ship our products worldwide!
However, in the unlikely event that delivery to your location is restricted, one of our team members will reach out to you via email to help.
We offer both standard and express shipping options.
United Kingdom
- Standard: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days)
- Express: DPD (Next day delivery for orders before 1pm Mon-Fri)
- FREE standard shipping for UK orders over £30
EU countries
- Standard: Royal Mail International Tracked (7-10 working days)
- Express: DPD International Classic (3-5 working days)
- FREE standard shipping for EU orders over €75
Rest of the world
- Standard: Royal Mail Tracked (10-15 working days)
NOTE: Free shipping may be temporarily unavailable during promotional periods (for example, Black Friday), due to high order volumes.
Once you have successfully placed an order, it will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay in tracking updates. It is possible that the shipping carrier may take 1-2 business days to register your shipment status.
If your tracking number does not update or remains inactive for 3 business days after receiving it, please kindly contact us at support@odly.world with your order number and we will promptly provide a solution.
Please contact the shipping carrier immediately with your tracking number and full shipping address if your tracking information shows “an attempt to deliver was made”, “insufficient address”, “no secure location” or “is undeliverable and/or being returned to sender”. The shipping carrier will be able to assist you and solve the issue.
Packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address, or refusal without having contacted us in advance will be processed as a return, minus the shipping cost. For orders outside the UK, taxes are not refundable for returned packages.
PAYMENT
We accept a wide range of credit/debit card payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Union Pay.
We also accept ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay when applicable. You can view all available payment options at the bottom of our website, or during the checkout process.
We will only charge your credit card when your order has been placed successfully. When your order is placed successfully, you will be directed to a "Thank you" page with your order number and receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation email if needed.
If your payment hasn't gone through, please double check your card details and make sure that you are entering the correct billing address and post code that matches the card details.
If your payment method is still not being accepted, please contact your card issuer before trying to use it again.

We will not charge your card unless an order has been placed successfully. When your order is placed successfully, you will be directed to a "Thank you" page with your order number and receive a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if needed.
If you have been directed to a "Thank you" page but haven't received the confirmation email, please don't worry. It is possible that the confirmation email has been delayed in sending, or the email address provided at checkout might have been incorrect. If this happens, please contact our support team at support@odly.world so we can confirm your order status and provide tracking details for your order.
However, if you see charges on your credit card but haven't been directed to a "Thank you" page with your order number, please note that the payment did not go through and you will not be charged. In this case, any pending charges will disappear within a few days. You may confirm this with your bank or payment provider if needed.
AMEND ORDER
You might be able to update your details, if your order has not already been dispatched.
If you have made a mistake on your order’s shipping address, please email us ASAP at support@odly.world with your order number and full shipping address (including apartment/building numbers). We will amend the shipment address for you if possible.
Please note that we are not responsible for information entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have entered your address incorrectly at checkout but did not contact us to amend it before the item gets shipped, it is likely that there will be a delay to your delivery.
If you would like to amend your order, please email support@odly.world with your order number and the list of items you would like to remove and/or replace.
Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to it. Our fulfilment partners process orders quickly, but we always do our best to accommodate your requests.

RETURN & REFUND
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we currently do not support returns for exchanges or refunds. This is necessary to ensure that all our customers can enjoy the peace of mind, knowing what they receive is always 100% fresh!
If you wish to return your order for any other reasons, please contact our support team at support@odly.world and we will assist you to make things right.
The postal cost for returns is covered by the customers. If you are returning items to us, we strongly advise you to track your delivery, as we are not liable for any parcels lost during the shipping process.
All duties and taxes will be refunded on return orders from the UK. For international orders, duties and taxes are not refundable.
Once the return parcel arrives at our warehouse, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days. Please allow some time for the refund to show at your bank account, as sometimes it can take between 5-10 days to be processed by banks.
We are serious about our quality and we aim to make it right for every single customer. If you have received a defective product upon delivery, please contact our team at support@odly.world with your order number and a clear photo of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your package.
ORDER ISSUES
If your tracking displays a “delivered” status and you are concerned there may be a delay or error, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first with your tracking number to solve the issue.
You can always to reach out to our team at support@odly.world with your order number to let us know about the issue. We will do our best to help you get your order.
Once your items are shipped, we will not be liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for more information.
